The address for the garage is 1 West Pennsylvania  Avenue, Towson, Maryland, 21204. The facility is located along the Unit block of W. Pennsylvania Ave. between York Rd and Washington Avenue.

Capacity

827 spaces with 17 spaces reserved for Handicapped Parking (located close to the elevators on the NE and SW corners of the garage), 5 spaces reserved for Electric Vehicle Parking (located on Level 3 near the LA Fitness Entrance from the Garage).

Entrances/Exits

There are three entrances into the garage off Pennsylvania Avenue, Bankers Way, and W. Chesapeake Avenue.  There are four exits out of the garage.  Two are reserved for monthly parkcard holders only at Pennsylvania Avenue and W. Chesapeake Avenue, while the two other exits are both located on the South side of the garage leading onto W. Chesapeake Avenue.

Rates

Daily parking is $2.00 for the first half hour, $4.00 between 1/2-1 hour, $7.00 between 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours, and $11 thereafter.  The Weekend and Evening rate (after 6:00 PM) follows the same scheme except it is a flat $6 rate after 1 hour.   Payment can be made only by credit card.

Lost Tickets

The lost ticket fee is $11.

Clearance

Vehicle clearance for this garage is 7 feet.

Simply press the ‘Call for Assistance’ button at any one of the Entry/Exit gates, and someone will remotely be able to assist you.
