Washington Avenue Parking Garage
Location
The address for the garage is 100 West Susquehanna Avenue, Towson, Maryland, 21204. The facility is located at the SW corner of Washington and Susquehanna Avenues.
Capacity
835 spaces with 17 spaces reserved for Handicapped Parking (located close to the elevators on the NW and SE corners of the garage), 2 spaces reserved for Electric Vehicle Parking (located on Level C/D), and 2 spaces reserved for Motorcycle Parking (located just beyond the Washington Avenue Entrance)
Entrances/Exits
There are two entrances/exits to this garage. One is on the south side, off Susquehanna Avenue and the other is on the east side off Washington Avenue.
Rates
Monthly parking is $105.00.
Daily parking is $4.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour (or any part thereof), with a daily maximum charge of $10.00. Evening (after 5:00 PM) and weekend parking is $2.00 for the first three hours and $1.00 for each additional hour (or any part thereof), with a daily maximum charge of $10.00. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Cash is only accepted at the Pay Station located next to the Washington Avenue exit. Credit Cards are accepted at either Pay Station as well as at the Exit Gates. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Pay Station Locations
There are two Pay Stations in this garage. One is located just inside the Washington Avenue Entrance, at the end of the parking ramp. This Pay Station accepts Cash and/or Credit Card Payments. The other Pay Station is located next to the single elevator lobby of Level A of the garage and ONLY accepts Credit Card Payments.
Lost Tickets
Patrons pay the daily maximum rate of $10.00.
Clearance
Vehicle clearance for this garage is 7 feet.
Assistance
Simply press the ‘Call for Assistance’ button on either the Pay Station or at any one of the Entry/Exit gates, and someone will remotely be able to assist you.
