Location

The address for the garage is 22 West Susquehanna Avenue, Towson, Maryland, 21204. The facility is located underneath the Altus Student Apartment Complex and opposite the front entrance of Whole Foods.

Entrances/Exits

There are three entrances/exits to this garage.  Level 1 is off Towson Row and directly across from the entrance to Whole Foods.  Levels 2 & 3 are off W. Chesapeake Avenue.  Levels 1 and 2 are restricted to customers and staff of Whole Foods and the liquor store 'Uncorked', which is on the corner of Towson Row and W. Susquehanna Avenue.  Level 3 is primarily for registered monthly parking customers/residents of the Altus & York student apartment complexes.

Capacity

Levels 1 and 2 share 278 parking spaces while Level 3 contains 169 spaces.

Rates

​

The daily rate to park on either Level 1 or 2 is $12 for the first hour, and then $3 per hour every additional hour, with a daily maximum rate of $30.

​

The daily rate to  park on Level 3 is $8 for the first hour, and then $2 per hour every additional hour, with a daily maximum rate of $20.

​

Pay Station Locations

There is one lone pay station on Level 1 next to the Entrance lane.

Lost Tickets

Patrons pay the daily maximum rate of $30 for Levels 1 & 2.  The lost ticket fee is $20 for Level 3.

Clearance

Vehicle clearance for this garage is 6 feet, 8 inches for Levels 1 and 2, and 6 feet, 6 inches for Level 3.

Assistance

Simply press the ‘Call for Assistance’ button on either the Pay Station or at any one of the Entry/Exit gates, and someone will remotely be able to assist you.
