Location
The address for the garage is 115 Towsontown Blvd., Towson, Maryland, 21286. The facility is located off Towsontown Blvd., between the Towson Public Library and Maryland District Court #8. The garage also fronts on East Chesapeake Avenue, adjacent to the Library and District Court.
Capacity
950 spaces with 19 spaces reserved for Handicapped Parking (near the double elevators on both the east and west sides of the garage) 2 spaces reserved for Electric Vehicle Parking (on Level 3 at the crossover between the two ramps)
Entrances/Exits
There are two entrances/exits to this garage; one on the south side off Towsontown Blvd. and the other entrance is on the north side of the facility, off Chesapeake Avenue.
Rates
Monthly parking is $100.00.
Daily parking is $2.00 for the first hour and $1.00 for each additional hour (or any part thereof), with a daily maximum charge of $10.00. There is an Early Bird Special of $5.00 per day Monday-Sunday if the vehicle enters the garage by 9:00 AM and exits by 6:00 PM.
The Library Rate is $.50 for the first 30 minutes, $1.00 for the first hour, and $1.00 for each additional hour (or any part thereof), with a daily maximum charge of $7.00. Evening (after 5:00 PM) and weekend parking is $2.00 for the first three hours and $1.00 for each additional hour (or any part thereof), with a daily maximum charge of $10.00. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Cash is accepted at all Pay Station locations. Credit Cards are accepted at all Pay Station locations as well as at the Exit Gates. We only accept the Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards.
Pay Station Locations
There are three pay station locations in this garage; each with a Cash/Credit Pay Station AND a Credit Card Only Pay Station. 1.) Inside the Library entrance lobby on Level 3 of the garage; 2.) Outside the elevator on Level 2 on the West (Library) side of the garage 3.) Outside the elevator on Level 3 on the East (District Court) side of the garage
Lost Tickets
Patrons pay the daily maximum rate of $10.00.
Clearance
Vehicle clearance for this garage is 6 feet 9 inches.
Assistance
Simply press the ‘Call for Assistance’ button on either the Pay Station or at any one of the Entry/Exit gates, and someone will remotely be able to assist you.
